Chairman Parks called the meeting to order at 7:02 PM. Chairman Richard Parks, Vice-Chair Dalling, Secretary-Treasurer Fuhrmann, Director Klein, Director Taylor and Admin Manager Bush were present. Laura Chastain was present from NYEF.
Chairman Parks presented the September minutes. Director Taylor moved to approve the September minutes. Director Klein seconded the motion. No discussion was needed; all voted in favor; none opposed. Motion passed. Admin Manager Bush presented the current expenses and financial reports for the month. Secretary/Treasurer Fuhrmann moved to approve the revised current expenses and financial reports. Director Taylor seconded the motion. All voted in favor; no opposed. Motion passed.
In Old Business, Director Klein led a discussion concerning the Monthly GRAD newsletters. Topics and schedules were discussed; Secretary/Treasurer Fuhrmann will summarize this year’s applications for the November edition. In December, Director Klein will summarize applications awarded. January will be Vice-Chair Dalling and April will be Chairman Parks. Also, the Board discussed changing the application format to a Google Form for next year. Finally, Admin Bush reports that collections are on-going without severe delinquencies at this time.
In New Business, website links were discussed, especially one for quickly accessing the monthly newsletters.
In Public Comment, Laura Chastain updated the Board on NYEF happenings.
The next regular Board meeting held will be on Tuesday, November 11th at 7:00 PM at the Gardiner Chamber of Commerce. Other meeting dates include December 9th and January 13th. Vice-Chair Dalling moved to adjourn at 8:09PM. Director Taylor seconded the motion. No discussion was needed; all voted in favor; none opposed. Motion passed.
