Chair Parks called the meeting to order at 7:02 PM. Richard Parks, Chairman, Greg Dalling, Vice-Chair, Bob Fuhrmann, Secretary/Treasurer, Director Klein, and Director Taylor were all in attendance; Admin Manager, Barbara Bush was present. No public members were in attendance.
Administrative Manager Bush presented the April meeting minutes. Secretary/Treasurer Fuhrmann moved to approve the April minutes. Director Taylor seconded the motion. No discussion was needed; all voted in favor; none opposed. Motion passed. Administrative Manager Bush presented the current expenses and financial reports for the month. Director Taylor moved to approve the current expenses and financial reports. Director Klein seconded the motion. No discussion was needed; all voted in favor; none opposed. Motion passed.
In Old Business, Admin Manager Bush reviewed that the annual spring letter and the new tour operator letter both have been sent out; a meeting was held with the M Design group to finalize the new website; and the annual report is being completed by Rosie Barndt.
In New Business, the Board discussed ordering stickers with the new logo on them for completed projects and for businesses to advertise they are registered with the District. Admin Manager Bush will ask Rachel from M Design for a quote. A discussion was held concerning the “art markets” being held in town on Tuesdays and whether those vendors should be collecting the resort tax. No decisions were made. A reminder was mentioned that the District is still in need of an auditor.

The next regular meeting will be held on Monday, July 10 at 7:00 PM at the Gardiner Visitor Center. Vice-Chair Dalling moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:02 PM. Secretary/Treasurer Fuhrmann seconded the motion. No discussion was needed; all voted in favor; none opposed. Motion passed.
