Chairman Parks called the meeting to order at 7:03 PM.  Chairman Richard Parks, Vice-Chair Greg Dalling, Secretary/Treasurer Bob Fuhrmann, Director Beth Taylor, Director Bianca Klein and Admin Manager Bush was present. Members of the public included Laura Chastain, NYEF.

Chairman Parks presented the August minutes.  Director Taylor moved to approve the August minutes. Secretary/Treasurer Fuhrmann seconded the motion. No discussion was needed; all voted in favor; none opposed. Motion passed. Admin Manager Bush presented the current expenses and financial reports for the month. Director Taylor moved to approve the current expenses and financial reports. Vice-Chair Dalling seconded the motion.  No discussion was needed; all voted in favor; none opposed. Motion passed.

In Old Business, Chairman Parks presented the contract from 2023 for Admin Manager Bush and signed two copies for her to finalize, as a request from the auditors.

A discussion was held concerning the upcoming public meetings and the agenda for the meeting. Several details were confirmed concerning the meeting space and refreshments being served. Admin Bush will contact the groups who receive appropriations to invite them to the meetings. Next, the registration form was completed for the Association of Resort Area Districts and this year’s dues were paid. Voting members will include Richard Parks, Greg Dalling, Bianca Klein and Bob Fuhrmann.

There was no new business.

The next meeting held will be the public meeting on September 18th at 6:30 PM in the Gardiner School Multi-Purpose Room.  The October regular meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 8th, at 6:30 PM also at the Gardiner School in conjunction with another public meeting.  Vice-Chair Dalling moved to adjourn at 8:45 PM. Director Taylor seconded the motion. No discussion was needed; all voted in favor; none opposed. Motion passed.
