Chair Parks called the meeting to order at 7:02 PM. Richard Parks, Chairman, Greg Dalling, Vice-Chair, Director Klein, and Director Taylor were all in attendance; Admin Manager, Barbara Bush was present. Secretary/Treasurer Fuhrmann was absent. No public members were in attendance.
Administrative Manager Bush presented the July meeting minutes. Vice-Chair Dalling moved to approve the July minutes. Director Taylor seconded the motion. No discussion was needed; all voted in favor; none opposed. Motion passed. Administrative Manager Bush presented the current expenses and financial reports for the month. In Old Business, the Director Klein discussed her findings regarding the purchase of logo stickers, using StickerMule.com. This appears to be a cheaper option with vinyl stickers, free shipping and proofs available of the stickers. Admin Bush updated the Board on June tax collections. The “Report A Business” button has been added to the website. A proposal was received from Rudd & Company to perform the 2023 audit. Admin Bush and Chair Parks will follow up to get a contract for approval at the September meeting. Admin Bush will confirm with the Gardiner Chamber when their building loan will be completed and will begin advertisements for appropriation applications in September.
